cpld_set_ehsa_state_non_participant was not getting executed due to macro KEXEC_ENABLE. modified this macro to CONFIG_CRASH_DUMP and calling cpld_set_ehsa_state_non_participant respectively in cpld_init_module Symptom: - Seeing the FP Switchover (FP state is not turned active) is not successful when there is active RSP failover. - Performing SSO onto standby RSP but on the standby FP switchover is not successful, it is showing standby and continuous FP not online messages flooding the console. %CMRP-3-CHASSIS_MONITOR_ONLINE_TIME_EXCEEDED: R0/0: cmand: Reloading F1 because it has failed to come online %CMRP-3-CHASSIS_MONITOR_FRU_BOOT_RETRIES_EXCEEDED: R0/0: cmand: F1 has been held in reset because it has failed to successfully boot in 10 tries Conditions: On current Active RP failure forcing a switch over to standby.
