Description (partial)

ISR4K router may crash after user NAT consumed most exmem memory.   The ucode crash pointing to add more chunk memory.  

Monitor below command for user NAT holding memory increases.  In below example, 65 chunks with 50MB.

The trigger is when adding/releasing the IP address on the dialer interface.
