Cisco Bug: CSCvh58688 - "Remove non-numeric characters" on Finesse dial-pad doesn't function as expected
May 23, 2019
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When we type a number with non-numeric character in the finesse dial pad and the "remove non-numeric character" check box is already checked, it won't remove the non-numeric character and call fails but if we toggle the check box (uncheck & check it again) it removes the non-numeric character and we can dial the number. Additionally dialable digits #,*,+,: are being removed, and they should not be. Conditions: UCCX 11.5(1) & 11.6(1) - "Remove non-numeric characters" is already checked on Finesse dial-pad.
