Cisco Bug: CSCvh58156 - Server 2.3 - Incorrect Location For Presentation And Video With WebRTC Client

Last Modified

Aug 19, 2019

Products (1)

  • Cisco Meeting Server

Known Affected Releases

2.3

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In some instances, it is possible that the presentation and main video streams to a Cisco Meeting Server WebRTC or thick client (CMA) may become inverted. As such, layouts such as "presentation only" will show a main speaker instead of the presentation, and presentations may be shown incorrectly in small PiPs.

Conditions:
*Unknown, appears to affect fewer than 1 in 3 calls, seemingly at random
*Appears to affect calls where individual programs are shared more often than if a full screen is shared.
*Only known to affect the 1.10 app, and WebRTC included in CMS 2.3
