Description (partial)

Symptom:
We need to log information in Audit logs where in you go to End user and select remove associated device from it .. However Audit log is not giving that information.
checked in 9.x,10.x and 11.x — none of these logs that information

In 11.x
 
Created 'myenduser' end user and after that added and removed devices — does not populate which device was being added or removed.
