Description (partial)

Symptom:
ESP crash or router crash. This bug only impacts ASR1001-X, ASR1001-HX, ASR1002-X, ASR1002-HX, ESP100/ESP200 equipped ASR1K platforms.

Conditions:
Having tunnels configured with QoS or sessions with QoS going over a tunnel interface where the QOS policy-map has queuing classes configured (shape, bandwidth, priority). When the physical interface that the tunnel is going over goes down or the route for the tunnel changes, the tunnel can get moved to another physical interface. During this move or reparent event, the route can crash. This problem has only been seen with high scale (100s of tunnels or sessions) getting reparented.
