Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA intermittently assigning IPv6 addresses to AnyConnect clients. The following is seen in the logs:
<189>:[DATE]: %ASA-ipaa-5-737034: IPAA: Session=0x00000000, IPv6 address: Failed to add to IP in-use table 
<189>:[DATE]: %ASA-ipaa-5-737034: IPAA: Session=0x00000000, IPv6 address: callback failed during IPv6 request 
<188>:[DATE]: %ASA-svc-4-722041: TunnelGroup <tunnel-group> GroupPolicy <grouppolicy> User <user> IP <x.x.x.x> No IPv6 address available for SVC connection 
<188>:[DATE]: %ASA-svc-4-722051: Group <group> User <user> IP <x.x.x.x> IPv4 Address <x.x.x.x> IPv6 address <::> assigned to session
