Description (partial)

When spoke1 to spoke2 tunnel establishes, and spoke1 tries to reach the network behind spoke2:
- spoke1 sends a resolution request for the network behind spoke2
- spoke2 responds with NHRP resolution reply containing the subnet and the prefix
- because of broadcast type ospf, spoke1 already has the route pointing to spoke2's tunnel ip, and the prefix of this route also matches with the NHRP resolution reply from spoke2
- at this stage spoke1 throws the following errors:
NHRP-ERROR: NHRP route/NHO addition has failed. Setting cache expiry timer to one millisecond.

DMVPN Phase 3 implementation with OSPF network-type set to broadcast.
