Symptom:
Customer was tshooting the following log messages:

LC/0/0/CPU0:Sep  9 15:45:29.459 : npu_driver[265]: Kyanite i2c lib is already initialized

When they entered:

Repro'ed w/: 4-100GbE  and 40-10GbE
