Description (partial)

Symptom:
CEPN shows the same OCHCC circuit two times, this happen if user creates OCHCC circuits between Node A and Node B
Subsequently user deletes Node A from CEPN and after some time re-add the same Node A

In this scenario
CEPN shows a discovered version and an intent where is missing 1 end point

Conditions:
Login to CEPNM
Create a new ochcc circuit 
after that circuit is discovered
deleted source ne
readd the same device
OCHCC circuit are duplicated
- discovered version up
- intent in partial status
