Description (partial)

Symptom:
Ad-hoc 3-WAY conference, multiple m-lines in INVITE from Conductor

Conditions:
In 3-way ad-hoc conference,  SIP INVITEs from the conductors contain multiple m-lines in SDP for same media,  some with valid port and some with value 0. it cause intermittent call failures in CUCM.
