Personal address book service fails only during first login attempt

Need to do a automatic login for the personal Addressbook Service,configured the following Phone Service:
with two addtional Parameters "userid" and pin".

The "normal" built in PAB is working fine. If we use the created phone service we always get an "internal Server error" the first time try to use it.
But all subsequent tries are working fine, as long as we do not do a logout.(it also works across Phone Reboots
