Description (partial)

Symptom:
Interruption of all services configured for splicing on the co-processor card.

Conditions:
When a service is configured for splicing on a co-processor card in AVC mode. While the channel is spliced out, the video & PCR pid of the currently active ad stream is removed. Afterwards a splice back is triggered.
