Description (partial)

Symptom:
LAG disappearing in vision on shutting down the member ports of LAG

Conditions:
1. Have a setup of LAG using LACP between asr9k198 and asr9k199 devices with common configurations
2.Make sure that LAG is up on both devices
3. Now, login to CLI of ASR9k-198 and shutdown the member ports to cross the minimum active link configuration (in testing setup the LAG8764 minimum active link is 2)
4. In Pn vision of asr9k-198 Go to Logical Inventory-->Ethernet Link Aggregation
5. Observe the bundle status in Vision and LAG link in map
6.Match the status with CLI show output- "show bundle bundle-ether 8764"
