Description (partial)

When using tab to complete parameters on CLI user command, a traceback is generated.  Following are a the steps to reproduce:

(1) Login to CLI
(2) Execute command 'user del' and then do a tab to see parameters
(3) Following traceback is generated:
platform@rst-cucdm-un-1:~$ user del Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/opt/platform/bin/", line 360, in <module>
    main([name] + args, priority, force)
  File "/opt/platform/bin/", line 319, in main
  File "/opt/platform/bin/", line 87, in execute
    print pwdsafe(prettyjson( r.std_out + r.std_err ))
IOError: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

(4) Also occurs on command 'user resetpass' followed by tab
