Symptom:
IE 4000 crash while configuring the switch (adding VLAN, bringing up the interface) after the Configured dying gasp for syslog and snmp.

Conditions:
Configured dying gasp for syslog and snmp.
after that do some Configuration change (for example adding VLAN) or bringing up an interface.
or media type change from SFP to RJ45 or vice versa.
