Description (partial)

The following behavior is observed when trying to do Bulk Administration -> Phones -> Update Phones -> Query -> Find phones where device pool begins with...: 
1) If you select device pool containing different phone types, there is no option to select a phone security profile. 
2) If you select device pool containing phones of single type, you can set the phone security profile, but only device specific phone security profiles (universal profiles are not listed).

Attempt to assign an universal Phone Security Profile to the phones using BAT.
