Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISE 1.3 with AC 4.1 and use SEP 12.1.5 and When Anyconnect sees that the client is out of date and tries to automatically execute the process to have the client run the update it returns with the error. 

"The remediation you are attempting is reporting an access denied error. This is usually due to a privilege issue. Please contact your system administrator.?"

Conditions:
The Live Update Service "SepLiveUpdate.exe" is not running in the clients. In the new SEP 12.1.5, the process is changed for the clients who needs updates

1. SEPLiveUpdate.exe is not required when GUP servers are configured.
	> GUP servers are local managed servers and provides update to the
clients.

2. SEPLiveUpdate.exe is required when updates are provided from internet.
