Description (partial)

Customer has the following issue with finesse.
1-Agent makes or received a call. 
2-Agent press consult from Finesse client. 
3-Agent uses jabber to dial the number. 
4-Finesse enable the transfer button before the caller answers the call even though Consult transfer was pressed 
5-Agent press transfer from Finesse client. 
6-Agent gets error message "ERROR Cannot perform operation. Error Code: CTI-null" on the finesse client and the transfer does not complete.

The transfer button should not be enabled for consult transfer
