Symptom:
================
Whenever we have "out" keyword in last name, and we try to create Unity User from CUCM end user link, we get Error:
"Error: [1020] Cisco Unity Connection Server returned an error. Please check the log file."
Even though the user gets created in Unity Connection and when we check in Unity Connection for that particular user, the last name is always blank.

Now, if we use any name other than keyword "out", then everything works perfectly, we don't get a error message on CUCM and also we see the correct last Name of that user on Unity Connection.
Also, when we import the user in Unity Connection using AXL  then the user gets imported correctly with the last name as well.
