Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Unity Connection, in order for Speechview transcriptions to take place in non-English languages, the message header must be tagged with the X-CiscoUnity-CallerLang in the corresponding language.

Speechview transcriptions in non-English languages will fail when the call is transferred to a user's mailbox via a Call Handler.

If recorded, the non-English greeting is played, but the .eml message will be stamped with the ENU language.

Conditions:
Transcription fails when the Call Handler's Caller Input is set to transfer the call to the User's Mailbox directly.
