Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAC address is no longer learned after the vlan membership changes two times.
E.g. Initial vlan membership is 2222, we change it to 3333 and then back to 2222.

Nexus5500# show interface eth100/1/1 switchport | i i "access mode vlan"
  Access Mode VLAN: 2222 (VLAN2222)

Nexus5500# show interface eth100/1/1 switchport | i i "access mode vlan"
  Access Mode VLAN: 3333 (VLAN3333)

Nexus5500# show interface eth100/1/1 switchport | i i "access mode vlan"
  Access Mode VLAN: 2222 (VLAN2222)

Conditions:
Port-security configured on a FEX HIF port from an Active-Active (Dual-Homed) FEX switch.
The vlan membership change is done only on one of the Nexus 5500 peers to which the FEX is Dual-Homed to.
