Description (partial)

Prime Infrastructure cannot create a new application if one already exists that has the same first three characters in it's name.

Go to Service > All Applications
Create new and try netflow or neton1. It will give an error message "Input non-overlapping application name" if the initial three characters in the name of a given application is the same as an existing application name.
