Symptom:
Found in Customer setup:

-> Prime: Build Version 10.6.0.58162(58553)
CUCM 10.5.2

-> Issues:
1. Session statistics not shown for audio phones having full visibility

Troubleshoot:
1. Verified Phone configuration, http/https and webaccess is enabled.
Verfied poller logs, PCA is able to collect stats from phone and able to persist successfully.
Verified Tomcat logs, there is an Exception thrown when getting stats values from service layer.

• /opt/emms/emsam/Tomcat/RestStatsService.log
• /opt/emms/emsam/Poller/CiscoPhonePollingHandler_callStat.log
