Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for windows in softphone mode. Jabber keeps ringing on the PC if jabber is signed out without answering the incoming call it receives. It keeps ringing until exiting jabber.

Conditions:
only if jabber signed out when it receives an incoming call
