Description (partial)

Symptom:
Google search and Bing search getting block if Safe Search enable and "block' action is select for unsupported safe search

Conditions:
Repro:
1. Enable blocking for search engines that do not support safe search 
2. Run search from the internal website with Google search feature.
or
1. From www.google.com, enter any key words to search 
2. Select the setting option
3. Select either "Search settings", Languages, Advanced search.

The requests will get block with "BLOCK_UNSUPPORTED_SEARCH_APP" with AVC advising as "Generic Search Engine Traffic" instead of "google search" such as:
