Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Devices may incorrectly profile endpoints when an ownership change/Node group change (i.e. server outage) occurs.  It has been observed that when white-listed attributes such as 'dhcp user-class-
id' is observed in redis and the identities group but endpoint  has been profiled incorrectly. (i.e. vmware-device)

(ISE 1.3 Patch 3)  Two Node Groups.  Profile endpoint using DHCP User-Class-ID.  Force PSN ownership change by bringing down all PSNs in node group A.  Invoke radius auth (user login/PEAP) after Node Group A is offline
