Description (partial)

Symptom:
Starting in ASA 9.4, the tls proxy command 'server authenticate-client' is not being accepted in the CLI.

Conditions:
- Running ASA version 9.4.x or 9.5.1.x 
- Configuring TLS-proxy and planning to disable client authentication
