Description (partial)

Symptom:
The TMS-XE logs will show that it is receiving an HTTP 401 response from the TMS Booking API. Restarting the TMS-XE service will allow it to establish a new connection, but the error will return after a period of time.

Conditions:
Windows Authentication settings, within IIS, on the TMS server, are set to use extended protection, and TMS-XE is configured to connect to TMS via https
