Symptom: When configuring Single Number Reach during "Add a New Additional Phone" option on the Self Care Portal, we are presented with only the Primary extension and no additional options such as secondary extensions associated with the primary device under "My Phones". Conditions: IP Phone device with Primary and Secondary extensions configured under CUCM. No prior Remote Destination Profile settings in place.
