Description (partial)

Symptom:
SKSD may repeatedly crash due to Signal 11 on any encryption related operation (re-encrypt, delete, de-encrypt, master key changes) 

The repeated crashes will trigger VSM reload due to HAP reset

Conditions:
When feature password encryption is enabled

Issue is seen more frequently on standalone or primary (with no current standby) VSM's
It is seen less frequently on a HA VSM Pair that is properly synced
