Description (partial)

Symptom:
When I run "/opt/cupm/sep/build/bin/sync.sh -g granularadsync abortonfail" the user is correctly imported from ldap but no services is provisioned.
If I select start LDAP Synchronization via web interface on Domain, the user is provisioned with all services as I want.

Manual sync also does not work, so manual or scheduled AD sycn from CLI does not work as it works when used from Web GUI.

Example of manual sync from Root.

root@PCP11 bin]# ./sync.sh -g granularadsync
Initializing Sync Script. Test mode: false
Initiating Granular Sync Operations...
Performing Granular sync using file: granularadsync
Performing sync on all ActiveDirectory Class
Active Directory Sync for the domain Asia
AD synchronization for Asia begins
AD sync status for Asia: successful.
[root@PCP11 bin]#

Conditions:
Administrators would like to use root CLI of PCP to schedule a AD sycn using Crontab and a file.
