Description (partial)

Symptom:
Next hop to IPv4 default route over IPv6 neighbor not removed from RIB/FIB when more specific BGP route is learned. This leads to traffic loss

Conditions:
Next hop to IPv4 default route over IPv6 neighbor not removed from RIB/FIB when more specific BGP route is learned. This leads to traffic loss. This issue was specifically seen on CSP device after HL fast-reload.
