Description (partial)

Symptom:
Setting a calendar for an agent outage and choosing "midnight" as an end time keeps the agent in outage past midnight.

Conditions:
6.1.0.610master, agent 3.1.0.15

Recreate:

1.) Use the Tuesday calendar that comes default (type: daily calendar)
2.) set the outage for agent to Tuesday calendar, from 6pm to 12am
3.) Leave environment alone, check tomorrow to see if agent is still in outage.
