Last Modified

Nov 03, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unity Connection

Known Affected Releases

10.5(2.7)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unity Connection uses release to switch instead of supervised transfer with call screening when transferring to a user found with voice enabled directory handler.

Conditions:
CUC 10.5.2.11900-3

When the new functionality legal intercept was added in 10.5.2.11900-3 these changes were introduced.
This functionality was working fine in 9.1.2 during the changes in case of supervised transfer we are passing a wrong transfer type variable that is in the case of supervised transfer we were passing a variable eMIU_XFER_RELEASE which is an enum type for blind transfer.
