Description (partial)

Symptom:
"all items" are showing SN and collected SN, Uncovered items does not have Serial number option and Covered items does not have collected SN option

Conditions:
1) "all items" are showing SN and collected SN
Exmaple:SN -FCH14478ASN hostname-SEPF0257279E716

2)Uncovered items does not have Serial number option. In order to quickly retrieve the quickly retrieve the serial numbers of the uncovered IP phones partner has to export ?all items" report with IPPHONES and  contract numbers, filter the covered items out, Sort by hostname. Then go to the uncovered report sort all the IP phones by hostname and cut/paste the data in . Partner needs an easier way to get the SN of uncovered IP phones.

Eg: hostname-SEPF0257279E716

3) Covered items does not have collected SN option.
