Symptom:
During upgrade to 10.0.1, EDMT tool fails with deadlock message:
ERROR: eccinit: executeSproc: java.sql.SQLException: Transaction (Process ID <XX>) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
