Description (partial)

Symptom:
IOSd is crashed while processing the packets from ip_enqueue.
In ip_enqueue, post bcopy we have observed the crash, due to huge packet length.

Conditions:
This is observed couple of times in UEA platforms ASR920/903 RSP1.
