Description (partial)

Symptom:
Following errors are observed in RTMT  RemoteDB : EspConfigAgent could not reach database on node

Conditions:
Observed when the  rosterupgradequeue having value of null. 

This can be checked by following query from CLI

run sql select * from rosterupgradequeue where timestamp is  NULL
