Description (partial)

All CUCM User Groups for Filtering are removed after CUCM connectivity outage and ALL profiles are imported to CWMS

CWMS 2.5(MR4, MR6).
 CUCM update occurring or some other connectivity issue with CUCM AXL Web Service and Cisco DirSync.

I recreated the behavior as follows:
- Select some user groups from the list of 'CUCM User Groups for Filtering'
- Click Save. You will see the number of groups chosen next to the  'CUCM User Groups for Filtering' (ie CUCM User Groups for Filtering:3)
- In CUCM administration> OS Serviceability> Tools> Service Activation> De-Activate the AXL Web Service & Cisco DirSync services to simulate an outage.
- In CWMS click Synchronize Now button, you will see the ' CUCM User Groups for Filtering' flip to 0.
- Go back & re-activate the two CUCM services.
- In CWMS Click Synchronize Now button or save button, the  CUCM User Groups for Filtering doesn't change back to the setting it was prior to the 'outage'
