Description (partial)

Symptom:
During startup of the connector, the connector writes traceback in the connector.log file when started and it doesn't serve any HTTP requests but it continues to be an active process, consumes memory and even writes its outcome to performance log file.

Conditions:
TCP Port used by the connector is already in use by another application or previous instance of Connector
