Description (partial)

The default language configuration changes to English after an upgrade of the UCCX node.

For example, if you are on 9.0 and set your IVR language to Arabic, post upgrade this configuration is reverted to the Default (English_US).

When callers call in after the upgrade, they hear a different language prompt.
