Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading the Cisco Nexus Cloud Services Platform VSA image from Release 5.2(1)SP1(7.1) to 5.2(1)SP1(7.3), the RADIUS daemon service crashes, causing VSA reboot and failover.

Conditions:
This problem occurs when you have RADIUS authentication configured and you upgrade to CSP Release 5.2(1)SP1(7.3). The VSM crashes if you try to log in using a RADIUS account. The following console messages accompany the crash:

dcpkre01s0102nwappcl01# 2015 Jun 14 18:13:17 dcpkre01s0102nwappcl01 %SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "Radius Daemon" (PID 2717) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
2015 Jun 14 18:13:18 dcpkre01s0102nwappcl01 %SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "Radius Daemon" (PID 4155) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
2015 Jun 14 18:13:18 dcpkre01s0102nwappcl01 %SYSMGR-2-SYSMGR_AUTOCOLLECT_TECH_SUPPORT_LOG: This supervisor will temporarily remain online in order to collect show tech-support. This behavior is configurable via 'system [no] auto-collect tech-support'.
