Symptom:
Enterprise Groups are a new method of adding contacts to IM&P version 11.0 servers and are documented in our Cisco Jabber 11.0 Deployment and Installation Guide:

Contacts that are already in Enterprise Groups contact lists are saying that the user "is not in your contact list" and providing the option to either "Dismiss" or "Add to Contacts" (within Cisco Jabber for Android version 11.1.0).

The customer does not have this issue with Jabber for Windows, but it is seen in Jabber for Android.
