Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CUCM the service parameter "Transfer on-hook Enabled" is set to "True"

This parameter determines whether a call transfer completes as a result of the user going on-hook after initiating a transfer operation. User presses the ?Transfr? softkey, dials the number to which the call should be transferred and then simply goes on-hook to complete the transfer operation.

This is working fine on other IP phone models (SIP/SCPP) but not in DX650.

Conditions:
DX 650 with Firmware 10.2(4)
