Symptom:
Joining an appliance to a cluster produces a traceback that ends in the following error:

ssh.connection.channel.Channel_Closed_Error

Conditions:
- Joining a new appliance to a cluster.
- The cluster membership is already at a capacity of 20.

Is there a limit on the number of nodes that can be in a cluster (X1070 or C300)? I'm running into errors when joining new nodes to our cluster. By removing a node, I was able to add a new node.
