Symptom: SIP trunk call failures due to Mid-call INVITE timeout Conditions: CUCM Version: 9.x - 11.x Seeing Intermittent call failures in Basic and Supplementary Call scenarios, call fails due to Mid call Invite Timeout happening. Phone-A----CM--(SIP-TLS-BEEO-Trunk)---SME--(SIP-DO-Trunk)----CM----Phone-B 45935182.002 |05:52:30.833 |AppInfo |//SIP/Stack/Error/0x0x922db0f8/act_sent_mid_invite_expire_timeout: Expires timeout occurred. Looks like in failed scenario a SIP UPDATE before mid-Call SIP INVITE is missing.
