Description (partial)

Symptom:
iPEP process restarts with 'Invalid socket' error under ipep.log, which causes a failover in HA deployments

Conditions:
Occurs with release IPN 1.2.1.198 and when there are a significant number of pending requests. When the number of pending requests exceeds 1024 then the process restarts and a failover from active to standby IPEP occurs
