Description (partial)

Symptom:
The line number blinks to alert user of incoming call. Pressing the blinking line number to answer the call, does not work on the 78xx. It locks-up the phone (must be power-cycled).

Conditions:
Application has a background music Phone Service that sends the following command to 78xx phones: <CiscoIPPhoneText appId="SA-Announce" onAppFocusLost="RTPRx:Stop;"onAppFocusGained="RTPMRx:230.31.32.33:24000:100;" ><Title>Background Music</Title><Prompt>test78xx</Prompt><Text>Press the Exit soft-key to end the music session.</Text><SoftKeyItem><Name>Exit</Name><URL>Init:Services</URL><Position>1</Position><URLDown>RTPRx:Stop</URLDown></SoftKeyItem></CiscoIPPhoneText>  The problem occurs when a call comes into the phone. Pressing the blinking line number to answer the call, does locks-up the phone.
