Description (partial)

Symptom:
A "no switchport" configured port does not show up on the interface list on device center

Conditions:
o	Port G3/0/8 is missing under Device Center> Port Status> Access ports
o	interface GigabitEthernet3/0/8 
o	description OCONTO-P2P 
o	no switchport 
o	ip address 10.100.12.1 255.255.255.0

Then go to Device center, the port will not show there
